New Version of the Cascade All Windows Script

Here comes a new version of my previously posted Cascade All Windows Script. You can now add two more lists to the header of the script. The first lists the applications that get their windows snapped to the edges of the screen. The second get their windows centered. Both do not get windows resized at all. Cheerio, Moritz
